Today millions Americans are without employer health insurance. However, families living in Arizona now have hope that a new program will be able to fill the gap that their lack of tucson Arizona insurance can fill.
This new program called No Insurance Club. In this club, patients don’t have to worry about premiums, deductibles or co-pay. They pay the doctor one fee for the whole year. Families pay an annual membership fee of $680. This will get them 16 free office visits and, depending on the provider, other services can include immunizations, blood work and discounted prescriptions. Couples get 12 visits for $580 and individuals also have 12 for $480.
Since opening the No Insurance Club’s doors back in January they have enrolled 13 Arizona doctors and 700 members with projections of 2,000 physicians over the next 36 months. This program not only gets the care patients need, but it also helps them build a relationship with their physician. The program does not include hospital visits or urgent care services.

The club comes at a critical time when insurance premiums and general health care continue to rise. More employers are passing on a greater percentage of the cost to their employees while independent policies are generally feasible for major medical only due to their exorbitant costs and are not considered a viable option for office visits. “Health care has become a national crisis,” said Chad Harris, No Insurance Club director. “More than 87 million people go to bed at night without health insurance due to the outrageous costs of being insured. We feel the No Insurance Club offers a better solution than socializing the system which seems to be the path to have the healthy subsidize the sick and penalize the doctors even more.”
No Insurance Club members are treated as VIPs by board-certified MDs. Club membership includes preferential appointment setting, free office visits and services, medications filled at the clinic while you wait for $4 or less per month yearly full panel blood tests, no co-pay, deductibles or premiums ever for one low annual membership fee. Individual plans include 12 annual visits and families share 16 visits per year.
The No Insurance Club is currently available in Phoenix and San Diego, Tampa and Las Vegas opening this month.

For years we had been using OsCommerce to develop e-commerce websites. When our developer suggested we switch to using Magento I hesitated becuase we were not as familiar with that platform. However, it has proved to be a great decision. Magento has increased our efficiency and produced a better product with minimal training.
Our first website was designed for an online retailer that sells special backpacks for men and women. The project took less than three weeks from start to finish and with in 24 hours of launching the website they had received their first order.
One of the great things Magento has to offer is the ability to just plug in account numbers for payment or shipping providers with no strenuous coding. It comes with plug ins for all the major payment and shipping providers, and if it doesn’t have one you need it can be easily installed.
It has proved to be a good with search engines as well. It gives you the ability to create custom Meta Data for each product and category.
One of the best features (I think) is the ability to launch multiple stores and manage them all through one admin area. This allows you to create niches and target them. Making your niche as specific as possible will help in terms of search engine optimization as well.
