Whitefish is a wonderful small city located in the County of Flathead, Montana. It is home to Whitefish Mountain Resort,( part of Flathead Lake Real Estate)a heavily used ski resort, and to Montana real estate companies who proudly sell homes, condos and many build-able home lots for those looking to build their own custom single family dream home here in this beautiful part of the U.S.Many tourists to this area dream of being able to build their own custom single family home on a piece of property personally picked out and paid for.
A big ‘wake up call’ is the amount of time and money that it will take to accomplish their goals. Building the home yourself is complicated to say the least and there are many aspects to be looked into.Don’t underestimate the many aspects of construction involved with building any project from ground up.Whatever kind of home plan you use, you still have to adhere to the local codes and zoning laws.All you have purchased is a house plan, and a material list, it will still have to be approved by the local building department in your city or town.A favorite destination and passion for many locals is Flathead Lake real estate marketplace.
After finding the lot to build on, you need to know where the utility sources are, including sewage line, then get permits so you can do all of the hookups when needed.All of this needs to be checked prior to buying the lot. I’ve tried lots of methods for making money online with internet marketing, from pay per click to cell phone marketing. But I always find myself returning to the one method that works consistently for me, niche marketing.
I’ve build a number of niche sites over the years, and they’ve all made me money, but not enough to allow me to leave my main day job. Thats why I’ve wasted so much time trying out all of the latest and greatest money making systems to come out, impatience and greed!
This year I’ve tried really hard to focus on my own niche marketing strategy. And low and behold I’ve achieved some consistent results for the first time. When I follow my blueprint the niche sites and blogs that I publish rank well in Google like clockwork. One after another I’ve been achieving top search engine rankings.
At the foundation of my strategy is keyword research, thorough keyword research that is. I use Brad Callen’s software, Keyword Elite to analyse niches as to their potential profitability, and then I use it to find keyword phrases within that niche that I know I can rank for to bring in plenty of free traffic.
Keyword Elite returns hundreds of search phrases for any given niche in minutes. And for each phrase it returns, you also get data on the number of competing pages and on how profitable the phrase is likely to be. Having this data at your fingertips makes my job a lot easier.

The fabled Planet X, Nibiru, could be returning after its epic orbit around our sun. They reckon that this Planet X will be passing so close to our own planet that its gravitational pull will cause all the damage.
An asteroid slamming into the earth is another theory. But it is scientifically known that no asteroids have an earth bound trajectory in that time period. There will be a “close” asteroid encounter, but this close is actually more than eighteen times the distance from the moon to our earth away. Although in astronomical terms this is close, it is not close enough to cause concern amongst astronomers and scientists.
A geomagnetic reversal event caused by a solar flare is another theory. The reversal will supposedly have the effect of change the two poles polarity, causing massive natural disasters.
