Well, you’re not the only one! It seems that the idea of attending yet another events creates anxiety in the minds of even the most experienced of business entrepreneurs. The reason is that we’ve never been trained networking strategies - we’re just told to “go network”. This combined with the fact that almost everyone going to Networking Colorado Events are trying very hard to sell you on using them. - Give out your business cards rarely. Most people at business events play the “I collected the most business cards therefore, I AM THE WINNER” game - but they hardly follow-up or they will start spamming your inbox. Use your intuition to fulfill your intention. TIP: For networking success, control your business cards.
- Have your Elevator Pitch in harmony with your intention allowing the attendees to introduce your intended connections.
- Be the one to introduce others. Your leading by example plants seeds of reciprocity.
- Listen between the lines, everything that you want is revealed in what other people are saying both directly and indirectly.
- Focus on your intention being fulfilled. This allows you to bypass the dead ends.
When you do the math you’ll find that only about 1% of Colorado Business Community attends Networking Colorado Events. But, Business Networking works because the 1% that do attend Networking Events in Colorado can get you referrals to with the 99% that don’t show up! That is if you are shown how to use a Networking System and have specific intentions and strategies.
